Nobu99 Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the nobu99 platform and all services provided through it. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any nobu99 service, whichever comes first.

By using the nobu99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the nobu99 platform and close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

2 nobu99 Membership Eligibility

To register and use nobu99 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• Residing or located within a geographic region permitted by nobu99.
• Not declared bankrupt or subject to any ongoing insolvency proceedings.
• Not previously designated as a person prohibited from gambling activities by any authority.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party during registration or gameplay.

Nobu99 reserves the right to request proof of identity and address at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Nobu99's decisions regarding member eligibility are final and not subject to any external appeal. Any information provided during registration that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or false will result in immediate account termination, and all associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at nobu99. Multiple account registrations — whether using your own name, another person's name, or false information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid and accurate date of birth.
• An active phone number that can be reached.
• A valid and active email address belonging to you.
• Bank account number or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Contact the nobu99 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. nobu99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Nobu99 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including FPX bank transfer, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Public Bank Online, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit may vary depending on your account level and payment method.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are processed within 3–15 minutes for e-wallets and 1–3 hours for bank transfers.
• The recipient account must be under the same name as the registered nobu99 account.
• The KYC process (identity verification) must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• Nobu99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

Nobu99 does not charge any fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond nobu99's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Nobu99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out in each offer.

General bonus terms applicable to all offers:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Each bonus has a validity period that must be observed. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes within the nobu99 platform and cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.
• Each member is entitled to receive one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• Nobu99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Abuse of the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing wagering strategies clearly intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk — is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and wins.

6 Game Rules & Platform Fairness

All games available on nobu99 — including Sports Betting, Bingo, Fish Shooting Games, and table games — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a recognised third party. This ensures every game outcome is fully random and free from any manipulation.

Nobu99 guarantees that all odds and payout rates displayed are accurate and updated regularly. All completed game outcomes are final and cannot be altered or reversed, except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by the nobu99 team.

• Game results affected by technical disruptions or software errors will be voided and the relevant bets will be refunded.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled by members once the game has started.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to interfere with gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Nobu99 reserves the right to conduct security reviews on accounts displaying suspicious gameplay patterns.

7 Privacy, Personal Data & Confidentiality

Nobu99 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all our members. All data collected during the registration process and platform usage is processed in accordance with the nobu99 Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your personal data is collected solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and the KYC process as required by law.
• Processing of deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Account, transaction, and promotional communications (with your consent).
• Improving services and the user experience on the nobu99 platform.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Nobu99 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers that assist us in operating the platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

8 Prohibited Activities & Enforcement Actions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nobu99 platform and may result in immediate enforcement action, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure:

• Identity fraud – registering using another person's information or falsified documents.
• Multiple account ownership – using more than one account for any purpose.
• Money laundering – using the nobu99 platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse – exploiting promotions through unfair betting strategies or the use of multiple accounts.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Use of bots or automation software – using any unauthorised tools to automate actions within games.
• Hacking attempts – attempting to access systems, databases, or other members' accounts without authorisation.

Nobu99 cooperates fully with authorities in financial crime investigations. Any activity suspected of involving money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The nobu99 platform is provided "as-is" and nobu99 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, complete freedom from technical errors, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

Nobu99 shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet outages beyond nobu99's control.
• Losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes that have gone through an audited RNG process.
• Losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
• Any third-party actions that affect a member's use of the platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses even if nobu99 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Under no circumstances shall nobu99's total liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

Nobu99 reserves the right to review, change, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the nobu99 platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by nobu99.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions applies to members residing in Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between different language versions, the version designated by nobu99 as the official version shall prevail.
